RESTON, Va., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Access Systems, Inc. (ACCESS), an information technology (IT) solutions provider, today announced the additions of Jeff Sacks, David Balleweg and Shawn Bethea to the company's management team. Sacks, Balleweg and Bethea will report to David Gardner, chief operating officer for ACCESS.

Sacks will serve as the company's chief technology officer and will be responsible for the overall future technology vision for the firm. He most recently served as vice president of technology at JP Morgan Chase in Columbus, Ohio.
