PATERSON, N.J., May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Suprema Specialties, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHEZ) announces net sales, net income and earnings per share for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 1998.
Net sales for third quarter ended March 31, 1998, increased 21.2% to $26,406,601, as compared to $21,785,880 for the same period in 1997. Net sales for nine months ended March 31, 1998, increased 17.7% to $77,676,468, as compared to $66,014,748 for the same period in 1997. The increase in revenues during the third quarter reflects higher sales volume in foodservice and food ingredient products manufactured by the Company.
