WESTBORO - After delays, a bill that would allow the town to sell the historic Nathan Fisher House has been signed into law, and the Massachusetts Historical Commission is scheduled to vote on the measure next month.
The commission will hold a public hearing on the issue at its Sept. 9 meeting, according to state Rep. George N. Peterson Jr., R-Grafton. The hearing will be at 1 p.m. at the commission's office, 220 Morrissey Blvd., Boston. At the end of the hearing, the17-member board will vote.
