Article: Tauzin talks must-carry, cable rereg. (W.J. Tauzin)(Interview)

Rep. W.J. (Billy) Tauzin (R-La.), in the following interview with Multi-channel News Washington editor Ted Hearn, warned the cable industry that election -year politics could energize Congress to extend the law that regulates cable rates not in 1998. then perhaps in 1999.
