HALTOM CITY, Texas--May 1--Dallas-based State Fair Foods, planning to expand production of its corn-dog products, said Thursday that it is moving its headquarters to a large Haltom City plant vacated two years ago by the Keebler Corp.
The move will not cause any layoffs, officials said, and the company expects the building to provide ample space for future growth.
State Fair, a division of Chicago-based Sara Lee Corp., employs 320 workers at a facility in the 4600 block of Irving Boulevard and another one nearby. The company has been there since 1980.
