Mexico's transport and communications ministry (SCT) is expected to on November 9 announce the winner of the tender to build and operate line 3 of Mexico valley's suburban rail system, paper El Financiero reported.
According to the bidding rules, the deadline to submit technical and economic proposals is September 21, while project presentations have been scheduled for October 12.
Economic proposals will be opened on October 26 and the concession will be awarded on November 12.
SCT resumed the tender for the concession on July 16, after 10 modifications to the project's bidding rules, the report said.
