Air Seychelles has acquired a fifth Boeing aircraft, a B767-300: an event that marks 20 years of B767 operations by the carrier, one of the world's smallest airlines.

The new aircraft, named 'Isle of Fregate', will serve the government-owned airline's international routes which include a twice weekly direct service to the UK from Mahe.

Mitchell Hawes, the airline's UK Sales and Marketing Manager, commented, "We are encouraged that visitor figures are currently down just 6 per cent on last year, which is better than many destinations are experiencing.
