Metalico, Inc. (NYSE Amex: MEA), today announced that its previously announced sale of six million shares of its common stock has been marketed to the public at a price of $4.40 per share.
The offering resulted in net proceeds of approximately $25.1 million after the underwriting commission. The last reported sale price of the company's common stock as reported by the NYSE Amex on August 10, 2009 was $4.80 per share.
