The founders of plastics manufacturers Nomaco and Nomacorc have bought out the remaining lots in the Zebulon Industrial Park and are drawing up grand plans for future expansion.
The Noel Group of Wake Forest, the parent company of Nomaco, Nomacorc and three other related businesses, is putting together a proposal for the vacant lots that would accommodate the growth of its companies operations in the park over at least the next 15 years.
The plan, which has not been presented to town leaders yet, could include upward of 400,000 square feet of space in multiple buildings that can accommodate expansion of Noel Group s existing ...
