After opening McNulty's Bier Markt in 2005 and the rustic Italian restaurant and wine bar Bar Cento in 2007, owner Sam McNulty now has opened a cocktail lounge named Speakeasy themed around the Prohibition era. Speakeasy is just below the Bier Markt and features house-made liquors and cocktails in a vintage-inspired setting. The construction of the space was done according to green building standards, including reclaimed barn wood from an Amish barn built in the early 1800s.
