Collins Stewart of New York has hired Todd Hagerman, 44, as managing director, regional banks.
He will manage equity research in the sector as a senior analyst.
Previously, Mr. Hagerman was head of U.S. regional bank equity research at Credit Suisse Securities LLC in New York, where his responsibilities involved formulating and directing equity strategy and research coverage.
Invescor Ltd. of Farmington Hills, Mich., has hired Kendra Pond, 47, as chief financial officer.
She will be responsible for coordinating all financial and accounting functions for the firm.
