Miller Buckfire, the independent investment bank, announced that Susan C. Schwab, former United States Trade Representative (USTR), has joined the Miller Buckfire Board of Advisors.
Currently a Professor at the School of Public Policy of the University of Maryland, Ambassador Schwab has been an influential White House and Congressional advisor on international trade, commerce and foreign policy. As a member of President George W. Bush's Cabinet, she served as USTR from June 2006 until January 2009. Prior to her appointment, she served as Deputy USTR.
