The Board of Directors of Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. (the "Fund"), which trades on the American Stock Exchange under ticker symbol NRO, has declared a monthly distribution of $0.02 per share. The distribution announced is payable on August 31, 2009, has a record date of August 17, 2009 and an ex-date of August 13, 2009.
Under its level distribution policy, the Fund anticipates that it will make subsequent regular monthly distributions, subject to market conditions, of $0.02 per share, unless further action is taken to determine another amount.
