The volume under review is the fourth publication in the series 'Management and Industry in Russia' and is edited by the Professor of Sociology in the Centre for Comparative Labour Studies at the University of Warwick. It is a collaborative venture with scholars at the Institute for Comparative Labour Relations Research at Moscow, where Simon Clarke is also Scientific Director.
