The Journal of Commerce Conferences announced that Fred Green, President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Pacific Railway, and Sokat Haikhs, President of Mediterranean Shipping Co.'s Canada division, will deliver keynote addresses at the 4th Annual Canada Maritime Conference.
