SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK), announced that it has appointed two distinguished industry and technology leaders to its board of directors, with immediate effect. The new board appointees are Kevin DeNuccio, currently vice chairman of Redback Networks a subsidiary of L.M. Ericsson, and Dr. Chenming Calvin Hu, currently the TSMC Distinguished Chair Professor of Microelectronics in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.
