EBRD acquiring 25% plus one share in Tajikistan's second largest bank
DUSHANBE. Aug 13 (Interfax) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is acquiring 25% plus one share in Agroinvestbank for 50 million somoni ($11.4 million), Agroinvestbank said in a statement.
The EBRD stake will come in the form of a supplementary issue of ordinary shares.
