Russia is not planning to build up military presence in Abkhazia, S. Ossetia - minister

Sukhumi, August 13 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia is not planning to increase the number of its servicemen in either South Ossetia or Abkhazia, Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov has said.
