AKRON, Ohio _ Baseball fans can't dream up a more picturesque evening for a game.
The birds are harmonizing in flight over the lush green grass of the front lawn at Stan Hywet Hall, once the family home of Goodyear founder F.A. Seiberling and now a public attraction. The sun is inching westward, leaving a glorious palette of colors in its path and casting long shadows of the players in the field.
It's a real field, too. There is no diamond, no stadium, no announcer, no floodlights.
