DALLAS, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot American Hospitality, Inc. whose shares are paired with those of Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE: PAH), and Interstate Hotels Company (NYSE: IHC) announced today that discussions are continuing to document the agreement in principle with Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE: MAR) to settle actions brought by Marriott to enjoin Interstate's merger with and into Patriot American. The United States District Court for the District of Maryland has agreed to postpone the start of trial on the litigation pending further notice from the parties regarding the status of their settlement negotiations.
