CAMP HILL, Pa. -- Last September Rite Aid Corp. made some key management changes, bringing former Rite Aid executive John Standley back as president and chief operating officer and appointing Frank Vitrano chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. Two months later, the two executives, who had recently led a turnaround at Pathmark Stores Inc. prior to its acquisition by A&P, were joined by former colleague Ken Martindale, who was named senior executive vice president of merchandising, marketing and logistics.
