BETHESDA, Md., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Strategies, Ltd. (Nasdaq: ACAS), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a second quarter dividend of $0.29 per share payable on June 30, 1998, to record holders as of June 23, 1998. This dividend is a 16% increase over the previous quarter.
