FAIRFAX, Va., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The Department of the Treasury has awarded QinetiQ North America's subsidiary Apogen Technologies a $7M task order under the Department's Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS-3) contract to continue its support of the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel.
