Last fall the Liverpool High School football team compiled a 5-4 record despite playing all its games on the road.
Coach Dave Mancuso's team had to play exclusively away from home because of decaying field conditions in its Wetzel Road stadium. The club played "home" games at Solvay and Central Square.
Though upgrades of Liverpool's stadium were approved last February, the stadium repairs won't be finished until next fall. Thus, Liverpool will again play all its games away from home. All four of those contests will be held at the Carrier Dome.
