Alfa-Group supervisory board member nominated for Amtel executive board
MOSCOW. Aug 18 (Interfax) - Shareholders in tire producer Amtel Vredestein N.V. will consider the departure of CEO Pyotr Zolotarev and financial director Vadim Pesochinsky from the company's executive board at an extraordinary general meeting on September 2, the company said in a statement.
Alexander Fain, a member of Alfa-Group's supervisory board, will be considered as the replacement for the two former board members.
The shareholders will also consider changing the company's name to Amtel following the sale of the Dutch plant Vredestein Banden B.V. to Apollo Tyres, the ...
