ILOILO CITY,Aug. 7 (PNA) --- Sen. Mar A. Roxas, presidential standard bearer of the Liberal Party, will be keynote speaker during the 6th anniversary ceremonies and induction of new set of officers of Circulo Capiceno slated on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Hotel del Rio.
Roxas will be accompanied by television broadcaster -fiancee Korina Sanchez to greet the officers and new members of the organization which claims more than 1,500 Capiceno members.
Capiz Gov. Victor Tanco will induct the new officers headed by regional director Rolando Asis of the Department of Public Works and Highways as president of Circulo.
