SJ2009-08-18Agusta Westland, and Italian-British helicopter producer, has emerged as the winner in a tender concerning the takeover of the control share package in Polish aviation parts producer in Swidnik, eastern Poland. The representatives of both sides signed the preliminary purchase agreement in Warsaw.
