Regional Real Estate Giant Considers Acquisitions Beyond Southeast

LAS VEGAS, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Attending the International Council of Shopping Centers annual convention in Las Vegas, Edens & Avant announced today the acquisition of five (5) additional retail centers in key markets targeted by the Company. Purchased from separate sellers, the new acquisitions comprise properties in Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina, and expand the Company's retail real estate portfolio to more than 10 million square feet in seven states. In the past nine months, Edens & Avant has added 26 retail shopping centers to the Company's portfolio.
