Article: POLAND: MOODY'S DOWNGRADES RATINGS OF LUKAS BANK AND EFL.

Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of Lukas Bank (Lukas) to D+ (mapping to a BCA of Ba1) from C- (which mapped to a BCA of Baa2). Concurrently, Lukas's long- and short-term deposit ratings were downgraded to A3/Prime-2 from A2/Prime-1 respectively. All Lukas's ratings now carry negative outlook. At the same time, the issuer rating of Poland's leading leasing financing company Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy (EFL) was downgraded to Baa1 with negative outlook, from A2.
