RICHMOND, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1998--Brooks Automation (Canada) Corp., a subsidiary of Brooks Automation Inc. (NASDAQ:BRKS), announced that their name has been legally changed to Brooks Automation Software Corp.
Brooks Automation Software remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Brooks Automation Inc., with a mandate to independently service the semiconductor, flat panel, and data storage industries' equipment controls needs, including integrated software solutions for Brooks' cluster tool platforms. Brooks Automation Software's premises will remain the same at No.100-13777 Commerce Parkway, Richmond, B.C. Canada V6V 2X3.
