NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of 'AA-/F1+' to the $5,000,000 Industrial Development Corporation of the Board of County Commissioners of Minidoka County, Idaho variable rate demand economic development revenue bonds (Nature's Best Produce, Inc. Project), series 1998. The rating is based on the support provided by an irrevocable, direct-pay confirming letter of credit (CLOC) issued by CoBank, ACB. The bonds were initially issued with the additional support of a reconfirming letter of credit (RCLOC) provided by BNP Paribas. On Aug. 28, 2009, the RCLOC will be released and cancelled.
