May 20--You'll find it on bicycles in China, mopeds in Italy and cars in England. Construction fleets in Las Vegas are getting in on the action, too.
They're all using a product from Delray Beach that is sprayed inside tires to prevent flats, should the tires be punctured.
Sparty Industries of Delray developed the formula in 1995, but sales have jumped this year now that the company has patented machines that inject the liquid into already inflated tires.
The machines reduce the time needed to apply the sealant, opening up a huge potential market at auto service shops.
