From Bell Labs to 3Com Corporation to Network Equipment Technologies, and now, ProtonMedia. Cheng T. Chen, one of the top technical minds in the telecommunications industry, will be leading the development of ProtonMedia's second-generation social collaboration platform, ProtoSphere 2.0.
