A long-term advisory and services relationship between The Alta Group and a Mexican leasing company, has resulted in the funding of an $8 million loan to Docuformas, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a provider of lease financing for office and IT equipment in Mexico under a program of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), a U.S. government agency that promotes U.S. investment in developing markets abroad.
Funded by WorldBusiness Capital, Inc. through negotiations advised by The Alta Group, the Docuformas Project will support expansion of Docuformas' leasing activities to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). The program is expected to produce a strong ...
