Boise Cascade Holdings, L.L.C. announced that Tom Carlile will become the chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Boise Cascade effective August 16, 2009. Carlile replaces Duane McDougall who has served as CEO and chairman since December 2008. McDougall will remain as chairman of the board.
Carlile has served as chief financial officer for Boise Cascade since November 2004 and has worked for Boise Cascade since 1973 in numerous financial and operating positions.
