Trusts and offshore structures are next in line for investigation by the Revenue Commissioners. Norah Collender has some practical tips for practitioners whose clients are caught in the net.

Revenue is continuing its campaign of special investigations with the announcement in March this year of an investigation into the tax treatment of property, assets and funds settled by persons on trusts and offshore structures.
