Molycorp Minerals announced that it has added two new independent members to its Board of Directors.
Jack E. Thompson, former Vice Chairman of Barrick Gold Corp. and Major General Charles R. Henry (U.S. Army Retired), have joined the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately.
In addition to his prior position as Vice Chairman of Barrick Gold Corp., Thompson had served as Chairman and CEO of Homestake Mining until its merger with Barrick in 2001.
