Two adults restrained two children, ages 6 and 10, to inject them with insulin not prescribed by a physician, Oswego County sheriff's deputies said.
Howard E. Kriese, 32, of 302 N. Center St., East Syracuse, and Korena R. Thompson, 34, of 956 Middle Road, Oswego, were each charged with two counts of felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
Kriese and Thompson injected the children at a Scriba residence, deputies said.
Deputies did not say why the injections occurred.
Kriese and Thompson were sent to the Oswego County jail following arraignment. Kriese's bail was ...
