SPENCER, Iowa -- Cycle Country Accessories Corp. (AMEX:ATC) announced that it has made changes to its Board of Directors effective August 21, 2009. (Please reference SEC Form 8-K dated Friday, August 14, 2009 and Form DEF 14A dated Friday, August 21, 2009).
The members of the Board of Directors of the company have elected Dan Thralow to fill the Class I Director seat that was previously occupied by Mr. F.L. Miller. Mr. Miller had served the company since 2001, most recently as the Chairman of the Board.
