HEART attack victims in South Wales are missing out on potentially life-saving treatment aimed at restoring them to full health after their illness.
Six out of 10 survivors of heart attacks across the region fail to receive the vital rehabilitation which gives them a greater chance of surviving following their diagnosis, it was revealed today.
