BISLIG CITY, Aug. 20 (PNA) -Bislig Ventures Construction and Development, Inc. , holder of coal operating contract in Pamaypayan coal mine project in this city, has asked the regional trial court to permanently bar MG Mining and Energy Corp. from conducting mining operation in the area.

Bislig Ventures also wants MG Mining to pull out its field personnel and offices in the coal mine concession area comprising of about 2,136 hectares, or about two blocks of high grade sub-bituminous coal ore.
