Article: 21 LPG companies charged for LPG under filling, other violations at DOJ.

MANILA, Aug. 20 (PNA)--- Twenty one dealers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) were charged criminally and administratively for alleged under filling of cylinders and other violations.

In a report submitted to Energy Secretary Angelo T. Reyes, executive director Roy V. Kyamko of the Presidential Task Force on the Security of Energy Facilities and Enforcement of Energy Laws and Standards (PTF-SEFEELS) said task force has apprehended several violators of laws and regulations covering the sale and distribution of LPG to the public, including the proper identification of the owners and distributors on the cylinders containing the LPG to determine liability.
