Oil Engineering ME wins Dubai Petroleum deal

OIL Engineering Middle East (OIL ME) has been awarded a contract by Dubai Petroleum with a value of Au1.2 million ($2 million). OIL ME will design, fabricate and commission a new local equipment control room on the Falah B development project in the Arabian Gulf. OIL ME, a subsidiary of Sovereign Oilfield Group (Sovereign), will begin work immediately on the contract, in order to achieve completion by February 2010. OIL ME will construct a switch gear and battery room, a control room, and a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit for the project.
