IT was a long way from the E990-a-night Hotel Montfleurry in Cannes in the south of France.
But after a long absence, missing Ceann Comhairle John O'Donoghue finally reappeared at his decidedly more modest constituency office in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry, yesterday.
Without a limousine, Government jet or water taxi to be seen, the luxury-loving former Minister settled back to the mundane task of dealing with constituents' queries and concerns - presumably some of those concers relate to his love of the high life when the public is paying.
