IN BRIEF: Daisy scales up with another acquisition

Peter Dubens latest telecoms venture, Daisy, has acquired Redstone's telecoms business for GBP17m in its third acquisition since the group joined the Alternative Investment Market (Aim) via a reverse takeover of Freedom4 in July.

Under the deal, which will be satisfied in cash, Daisy will acquire Redstone's fixed line business and its subsidiary Symphony Holdings, which comprises a mobile service provider and distribution business.
