Study in JAMA suggests virtual colonoscopy not as accurate

A study comparing computed tomographic colonograpy, otherwise known as virtual colonoscopy, with standard colonoscopy, and reported in the April 14 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), has suggested that results from virtual colonoscopy did not find as many lesions as the gold standard of standard colonoscopy.
