TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 26, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Atlantis Systems Corp. (TSX:AIQ) shareholders elected five new board members to its Board of Directors at its Annual General and Special meeting yesterday.
Thomas Ackert, Paul Bogin, Lt General (Ret'd) Lloyd C. Campbell, Williston Cofer and General (Ret'd) Normand Lezy were elected to the Board of Directors at Atlantis Systems Corp's Annual and Special Meeting, which was held in Toronto ON, on August 25th . The new directors join Lyell Farquharson, Mark Rivers, Henrik Noesgaard and David Williams who were previously Directors and stood for re-election.
