Radiological panel reschedules meeting
A meeting of the FDAs Radiological Devices Advisory Panel originally set for Oct. 15 was postponed and will be rescheduled, as soon as possible, the agencys Center for Devices and Radiological Health reported last week. The rescheduling was agreed to by the panel and Computerized Thermal Imaging (CTI; Portland, Oregon) for administrative and logistical reasons, the company said in a separate statement. The panel meeting was set to review the companys investigative device for thermal imaging of the breast. CTI said it expected to receive a new date for the panel review soon.
