Thirteen Morris County road, bridge and pedestrian projects made the cut for federal transportation funding this week, including a major upgrade of the busy intersection of Routes 10 and 53 in Parsippany and Morris Plains.
The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) included the projects in its annual Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), with approval needed for the projects to receive federal dollars.
