MANILA, Aug 27 Asia Pulse - Holcim Philippines, Inc. announced Wednesday its second cement production line in Lugait, Misamis Oriental, will resume operations in November.

Operations for this particular line had been put on hold since July last year amid weak market demand.

Market demand has significantly picked up this year and Holcim has reported record sales volumes driven by strong demand from infrastructure and low-cost housing. Volumes grew across all regions, notably in Mindanao where several major road projects are being implemented.
